Recording & data
Every CSflow call is recorded, and the agent says so out loud before anything else happens. This page is the short version; the complete plain-language detail lives on two dedicated pages linked below, and those are the ones to trust.

What gets stored
Three things, for every call the agent takes: the audio recording of the call, a written transcript of what was said, and an append-only log of what the agent did; timestamped entries like “checked the calendar” or “booked the appointment” that cannot be edited or deleted after the fact, by us or anyone else. If you book an appointment, the details you give (name, time, callback number) are saved with the booking. Recordings and transcripts are kept for up to five years as a business record; we do not sell your number and do not use recordings to train public AI models.
The full story
- Recording & consent: the exact spoken disclosure script, why we record, the retention language word for word, what the live view can and cannot show, and how to say no or ask for a deletion.
- Privacy policy: the complete picture of what we collect across the site and the phone line, and how it is handled.
If anything here ever disagrees with those pages, they win, and the mismatch is a bug worth telling us about via contact.
