CSflow is an AI phone agent built by Crest Systems. These docs describe the product as it works today, nothing more. The fastest way to understand it is still to call it: the demo takes about two minutes and you can watch your own call live.

What CSflow is
CSflow answers a business phone line and does the work a good front desk does:
- Answers 24/7, including after hours, weekends, and while your team is on a job.
- Has a real conversation: it answers the caller's questions and asks the qualifying questions your team needs before a booking or a handoff.
- Books appointments on a connected calendar, offering real open times and reading the booking back in full before treating it as confirmed.
- Texts the confirmation to the caller's verified number as soon as they book, if the caller has agreed to receive texts.
- Keeps the record: every call comes back with the recording, the transcript, and everything the agent did, so you know exactly what happened without having been on the call.
It does all of this transparently. Every call opens with the agent saying, out loud, that it is an AI and that the call is recorded. It never pretends to be a person, and if a caller asks whether it is really AI, it says yes and moves on. The exact spoken script is quoted in How calls work.
Who it is for
Service businesses whose phone is where the work comes from, and whose team is usually too busy on a job to answer it: trades and home services like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, and anyone who runs like them. If a missed call is a missed job, CSflow is built for you. See Solutions for the longer version.
The two-minute demo
The demo line is a real CSflow agent answering a real phone number. You call it, talk to it like a customer would, and can put your own call on the website's screen while you are still on the line.
- Open the live viewGo to crestsystems.ai/live on a computer. The on-screen phone shows a 6-digit code.
- Call (855) 552-8611 from your phoneThe agent picks up, tells you it is an AI and that the call is recorded, and asks what it can do for you.
- Press * then the code, then #On your phone's dialpad, during the call: star, the 6 digits shown on the screen, pound.
- Accept on the screenThe browser asks “show this call?” before anything appears. Accept, and your conversation streams onto the page live, beside a feed of what the agent is doing behind the call.
- Book an appointmentAsk it for a time. It checks a live calendar, offers real openings, books the one you pick, reads it back, and texts you the confirmation.
Where to go next
- The live view: how putting a call on screen works, and what the viewer can and cannot see.
- How calls work: the full lifecycle of a call, from the spoken disclosure to the text confirmation.
- FAQ: the questions service businesses ask first, answered plainly.
- Status & roadmap: what works today versus what is not built yet.
