Booking

Booked on your calendar, read back to the caller first.

CSflow checks your connected calendar and offers open times on the call. Before anything is booked, it reads the whole thing back: the time, the job, the place, and books only when the caller confirms. The appointment lands on the calendar your team already works from.

Confirming

The confirmation is in their pocket before they hang up.

As soon as the appointment is booked, CSflow texts the caller the details, with their consent, at the number they just called from. Nobody has to remember to follow up. The call ends with the job on the calendar and the confirmation in hand.
