Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to the Crest Systems website at crestsystems.ai and your purchase and use of Crest Solutions (together, "the Service"), operated by Crest Deployment Systems LLC ("Crest," "we," "us"). By using the website or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Crest Solutions is a managed software operations service. For a flat monthly subscription, we deploy, run, monitor, and optimize the software a business depends on, and we work to reduce duplicate or unused subscriptions. The work is performed by AI agents under human oversight; a person at Crest reviews and approves changes before they reach your live systems.

Managed engagements are also governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) provided at onboarding, which sets out scope, access, security, and service-specific terms. Where the MSA and these Terms conflict for a managed client, the MSA controls.

Plan and price. Crest Solutions is offered at $1,500 per month unless otherwise agreed in writing. Enterprise engagements are custom-priced.

Billing. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method until you cancel. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period; the Service continues until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months except where required by law. On cancellation we will return your materials (documentation, credentials, and an export of your stack data) and wind down access cleanly.

Price changes. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal. A high-cost account may be re-priced on notice. Continued use after a change takes effect is acceptance of the new price.

To run your software, you authorize Crest to access the systems, accounts, and tools you ask us to manage, and you confirm you have the right to grant that access. You remain the owner of your accounts, data, and systems. You may revoke access at any time, which may limit or end our ability to provide the Service. You are responsible for the business decisions you make using our work.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to infringe others' rights, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, to interfere with or disrupt the Service, or to resell or redistribute access without authorization.

You retain ownership of your data, content, and systems. We claim no ownership of them and will treat your non-public information as confidential, using it only to provide and improve the Service. The Crest Systems website, the Crest Solutions platform, our methods, and our branding remain our property and our licensors'; these Terms grant you no rights to them beyond using the Service.

The Service uses artificial intelligence, including frontier models accessed through third-party providers, to do its work. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. A human at Crest reviews and approves changes before they reach your live systems, but the Service is a tool, not professional, legal, financial, or tax advice. You are responsible for reviewing material decisions.

We aim to keep your systems running and to respond quickly, and the specific commitments for a managed engagement are set in the MSA. Except as expressly stated there, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, specific uptime, or specific resolution times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crest is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. Liability for a managed engagement is governed by the cap stated in the MSA.

The website and, except as expressly stated in an MSA, the Service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We may suspend or end access for violation of these Terms or non-payment. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms. Changes are posted here with a revised effective date, and material changes will be communicated to active subscribers. Continued use after changes take effect is acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
