Receipts is a tool from Crest Deployment Systems LLC that mints and verifies tamper-evident records (“receipts”) of AI agent actions. It is offered as a free demo and as an integration you add to your own systems. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Use Receipts lawfully. Do not abuse the demo or API, exceed posted rate limits, attempt to disrupt the service, or attempt to forge, alter, or misrepresent receipts. Do not use the service to deceive anyone about what an agent did.

The demo on this site is illustrative. It runs a small agent action and mints a real receipt over it. It is provided as-is and may change, pause, or be rate-limited at any time.

A receipt is cryptographic evidence that a specific action occurred and has not been altered, relative to our signing key. It is not legal, financial, or compliance advice, and it is not a judgment that the action was correct, wise, authorized, or safe. It proves integrity, not merit. You are responsible for how you rely on it.

You retain all rights to your content and your agent's actions. We claim no rights to them. In the integration, we receive only the receipt — a hash and a signature — never your content. See the Privacy policy.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Verification depends on the integrity of the signing key and of the verification you perform. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crest Deployment Systems LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on the service or a receipt. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the prior twelve months, which for the free tier is zero.

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
